Just purchased a mower and it arrived with the huge dent which may be a problem for the blades. It was delivered today and I’ve been calling since I saw the dent and no one picks up. Customer service is not offering much service so I will have to drive out there in person. I would have thought they sent things out in good condition.

Lots of folks working but not very helpful. No cashiers (only self-checkout), and when asked if I needed help finding things, nobody knew if they even carried the things I needed. Nothing really odd. Looking for screw tap tool and a door knob reinforcement plate. Amazon is my next stop.

Very charming, beautiful, peaceful, perfect, knowledgeable, helpful, over and beyond when it came to help!! A wonderful asset to this company and location!!
