Worst customer service in westlake. If you like being treated as if you are a nuisance, then shop here. The girl at the front desk belittled customers with her authority because "she says so" STAY AWAY!

This papa Johns is amazing ! Food is always fresh and hot! Plus it's never a long wait! The staff at this location is always so sweet and willing to go the extra mile. 100/5 stars honestly. The owner would bend over backwards for his customers and it shows :) Definitely only ordering from this papa Johns from now on!!

I love having a PJ so close to my house it's definitely my families preferred chain pizza. I also enjoy being able to order online and use the tracker. This store makes getting my pizza super easy and the quality has always been good for us. The staff are always friendly and I'm greeted seconds within coming into the store. Customer service these days can be hit or miss but it's comforting to me to know I can come to this store for a quick and delicious pizza 🍕
