What an experience, upon being seated the hairdresser informed me her son had a haircut he was not happy with but he was too scared to tell the hair dresser he didn’t like it. I didn’t pay a lot of attention in English class but I believe this was an example of foreshadowing because she proceeded to give me the same haircut as lord farquaad from shrek and I was afraid it would be worse if I asked her to fix it. Although probably not worth the $18 I paid for the cut I did get a very comical photo before going to another hair dresser to fix it

I asked for curtain bangs and showed a picture she didn’t know how to do curtain bangs so asked another one of the workers to do them, she did not even look at the picture and proceeded to do her own thing. After she was done with the bangs and the haircut I looked in the mirror and told them it was a little uneven and asked them to fix it. They did not fix it the sides were different lengths and very uneven! I am very upset with this experience, this is also not the first time the have messed my hair up. They were talking bad about costumers after they left very unprofessional! Will not be going back there for a very long time!

I have been coming to this establishment for 5 years. The last few visits the employees have finished haircuts and go on break with 8 costumers waiting. It said 14 minutes when I checked in and then after waiting 18 minutes jumped to 45 minutes. It has happened numerous times with employees having little regard to their costumers. I’m going to start going to another business. I wish it was like it was when I started coming here.
