Paul Wallace will try and rip you off as much as possible. He is not a man of his word. Would never recommend either business in Belpre or Parkersburg. Edit: I actually HAVE done business there about two and a half years ago. Never again.

I bought used jewelry from them, but they charged me 2.5 times aa much as the piece was valued brand new, and advertised something that was 10 k gold as 14 k gold. It was partially my fault for not doing research before I made the purchase, but I will not be buying from them again, nor would I recommend them.
