Friendly fast service usually. But please when someone says no to applying for your credit card for a measly low % cash back - stop asking. A nice quick trip turned into 45 minutes of badgering about why I should get the lowes card since we are remodeling. Literally any credit card I’ve already got is better. It was nerve racking to keep my composure honestly. And I’m sure people who do not have good enough credit to even apply and be approved would be embarrassed to have to keep declining the offer.

They need to hire and school more people to know the areas they are supposed to be knowledgeable about . I along with several other people were walking around the store trying to find someone to help locate products. I helped a lady in the plumbing department. We both had went to the mill works desk and they said people for the areas we needed help were all out to lunch. Then they sent someone from electrical to plumbing that new little about that department. It really seemed disorganized. I was told to just call later and my questions could be answered. I did call many times and could never get anyone to answer in the plumbing department. My wife stopped in the store later to ask the questions about a whirlpool tub they had on display and the person in that department told her he did not know about it. She needed to go home and look it up on the website for her answers to her questions. Unbelievable.

Got everything you need for all kinds of projects. Place had just about everything you could imagine. The staff here are always very helpful and willing to go out their way to assist you in any way they can. Everything is also laid out in super easy way to know where everything is at, best layout of a Lowes I’ve been to.

We waited 30 minutes in the tile section with no help. The man in the wood section was so helpful then the rest of the store we couldn't get any help. My husband asked if anyone knew where a big cart was and he was barely answered with a point of a general direction by 2 men standing at the flooring desk. After he searched for 5 minutes he found one with something spilled all over it, he kindly asked if the workers that were just chatting still at the flooring desk, if they had something for HIM to wipe it off and they both said uhhh no. I just have hand sanitizer. At which point I finally after 45minutes in a hot store said can someone not help us we are just trying to buy a bunch of stuff and no one seems to want to help. Then the older worker some how found a towel that a few moments before wasn't available. After they both left side by side chit chatting and STILL never helped us load the tile, concrete board or even asked to help. The only helpful person was the guy in the lumber section. During my over hour time in the tile dept I heard the assistance needed tone go off countless times and numerous people ask for help with no help offered. They just wanted to stand around and talk, laugh and watch their phones secretly. Lowes needs to start paying based on commission because this is very frustrating. Sadly we still spent over a $1000 there because there is not many options in my area. Picture is of the flooring area with no one there after the 2 guys had came back chit chatted and refused to help then left talking. While my husband after an already very long day at his JOB had to load everything himself with just my help! Heavy boxes of tile at that. Step it up Lowes!
