The staff is knowledgable and any issues (such as returns, warranties, etc...) I just wish all stores were this easy to deal with it. One of my favorite places to shop.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had. The whole time I was looking at games, I had an employee in my ear trying to upsell me on Pro, and when I hurriedly picked what I thought was the game I came for and went to the counter, they tried again. I was pestered the whole time to the point I couldn't wait to leave. Got home and realized I bought a stand-alone DLC instead of the full game I wanted, even though the cashier and I had a whole conversation about me wanting to play the original game for the first time. Guess she didn't realize I had the wrong one cause she was using the whole 10 minutes I had to stand at the register trying to sell me stuff I didn't want. This company deserves to be left in the past. I'm buying digital forever after
