This is probably the most inefficient, lackadaisical, and unprofessional group of individuals I’ve ever encountered. This is true any day of the week. Perhaps the food prices reflect the quality of service. I’d say “do better” but I’m not sure improvements are possible.

Go into the store for an order that should have been ready since it was a DD order but it wasn't. 10-15 minute wait, ok 31 minutes later I ask the guy can you check on this order... he says yes but continues to loom out the window. So I ask him again and he goes into the back and stands looking and touching food that he just handled cash with and then comes back and says oh sorry it should be another 10 or so minutes... NOT!!!! I ask the manager who I might add is telling reps to tell customers 30-40 minutes for the wait times... are you kidding me. I ask the manager if it this location was a franchise or corporate and he advise that it is a corporate store.... hmm not one response from management... no wonder why your P&L is bleeding money.

Had to figure out a fast way to feed 8 hungry cubscouts and 4 adults and the hot and ready was our meal ticket this day! The food was alright, nothing to write home about or even a detailed review but alas here I am writing one to help out others! It was mid afternoon and they were not busy but we had to wait about 30 min before our order was ready because they didnt have any hot and ready made for their customers to take. Bad planning on their part but we were happy to have the meal once we got it. Everyone was happy and once we all ate we were ready to continue our cheerful service for others!
