Both Google maps and the enterprise app said this location was open. I reserved a car. Called to request pickup and the said this location is temporarily closed and I'd have to find a ride 20 minutes further. They would not pick me up nor reimburse for an Uber. Poor customer service.

Cave Creek Enterprise is a great facility. Top-notch customer service, great vehicles. Only wish their business hours were better (not open weekends) and that they would provide a key drop. That said, their customer service is tremendous and they work with me on returns. Highly recommend

I had a horrible experience at this Enterprise location! I have used Enterprise in the past many times with no problems. However, this rental has been a disaster. I was told to pick up the car mid afternoon because it would be "crazy" with 20 rentals in the morning and only one staff member. I did what I was told and showed up in the afternoon to pick up the car. No car available and no explanation was given. I had family coming in town for the holidays and needed a car to get everyone around. I was told that they were trying to get a car up from the airport but they had "no idea" when it would come. Well now it's 2 DAYS LATER and they still don't have a car or an explanation. Their operations and planning are a complete failure. I am really disappointed in Enterprise Cave Creek.
