I'm really struggling with this review because I want to say good things -the park is so very clean and pretty (mature palms, hand-laid pavers), and the people who run it, Stephanie and John, are super-nice and also vigilant in patrolling the park, which made us feel very safe. But I just couldn't get past the negatives: 1. no hot water in the showers. The welcome paperwork states that 1 of the showers has hot water but when we reported not being able to get the water hot, the office staff said the owner made them turn it off so people couldn't take long showers and overwhelm the septic system. 2. No WiFi and very weak cell signal. 3. No pool - and the Rio Vista / delta area is really hot! Many days high 90° to 107°. Could really use a pool here! 4. EXTREMELY windy!!! We were not able to put out our awning the entire time we stayed. And the noise of the non-stop wind hitting our slide toppers and shaking our rig grin side to side kept us awake most nights. 5. $7.00 toll every time you go over the bridge into Antioch for groceries, restaurants, or to San Francisco, redwood parks, etc. 6. No laundry facilities on site. 7. The road to the campground from the highway is ridiculously rough - over 2 miles of deep ruts and holes. They call it the levee road. Don't drive any faster than 5mph - seriously - or you will shake everything loose in your rig. 8. The dog run has no grass. It's just a large dirt are enclosed with Cyclone fencing. 9. Nothing to do at the park.

We had the pleasure of staying 3.5 months at this wonderful park. The spacious spots, well maintained park and awesome staff made the experience priceless. The surrounding area of the Sacramento River Delta added to the peaceful, tranquil ambiance of the park also. If there was any criticism, it would be that there is nothing for children to do here other than perhaps ride their bikes around the park. However, having said that, we would still highly recommend this park to anyone. The benefits far outweigh that one negative in our opinion. In fact, we liked it so much, we’ve already reserved a spot for later in the year.

It's a must see park! 3 months of bliss! Friendly managers, great neighbors, safe and quiet. The grounds are well maintained and there is fishing across the street. The lot sizes are awesome with paved parking!

Spent a month here in this beautiful little haven, and we couldn't have loved our time here more. The park is beautiful and spacious, the spots are perfect for parking your RV, your vehicles, and still having space for a grill/chairs/recreational area, and the staff was so incredibly kind. The management here is great, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

No safe swimming is available there. A levee separates you from the RV area.
Honestly I wouldn't have the answer to that one. I was just passing through there because I went fishing. Sorry.
I can't say one way or the other because I don't fish. There are alot of people who do fish from the bank and on boats.
The RV park doesn't have reliable wifi yet. You can have a data plan thru your mobile carrier and a booster so you can run 4G or 5G.
