Rude management. Disorganized races. Low attendance, high fee's, small track poorly maintained. No shade, no food or beverage vendors. Pretty miserable

Haven't actually been able to race there yet. When I visited, the place was closed - during open hours - apparently it was run by volunteers and nobody was available.

Yes they allow that age group, however be aware you are not supplied the gocarts. It is a bring your own to the track, it isnt like themepark gokarting.
