Room smelled terrible the pillows were batting in a pillow case not even close to standard size the door stuck hurt my neck every time I had to open or close. Do yourself a favor don’t stay here. Absolutely the worst room for what I paid, I’ve ever been in. If it would let me put a picture you would be scared

Hotel by itself was just fine. But the attitude of front desk management is horrible and not comer friendly. I booked and intended to stay on a thursday but as I wasn't feeling well I was forced to extend by another day. I called in to tell the front desk that. Next day as I check out I was charged more than 1.6 times for the extension ($165). On checking I saw the web price was $143 & asked for that, but was refused. I was told to talk to the manager & inspire of leaving messages few times, there was no call back. Finally I called back, to be simply told that it was responsibility to check price and not theirs & nothing can be done. But there is no customer friendliness to this place - Seems to be focused on maximizing their revenues.

Front desk lady is RUDE and not helpful! Mr Cook the general manager this am was in rant that I DESTROYED them on social media, also blamed me that no supervisors were on site for 2 days and didn't give em time to rectify. Mr cook it's your job to staff your hotel NOT MINE and based on other reviews your FRONT DESK is and has been a problem! Enjoy your call with CORPORATE BIG WIGS..
