I reserved a "managers special" and was very happy with what was chosen. I was loaned a smaller suv type vehicle that was also great on gas mileage. I had forgotten the credit card that I reserved and paid for at the time of booking at home, but fortunately, was rented a vehicle anyway. The $500 deposit to do so is understandable but inconvenient. Staff was friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend especially if on a budget. I did need a cab from the airport but cost was only around $15 each way so even with that included in the rental this was a HUGE bargain. Of course minus the $500 hold on the checking account....

Customer service of Joel is not only severely poor but also unacceptable. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company in my life there is no way after reading all the poor reviews this person should still be there. The under his breath sighs the rolling eyes being frustrated so quickly thank goodness the Mesa office was able to help assist me better and get me on the road same day. And I was over charged on my deposit which I’m 100 percent certain was no mistake as he was really trying to upsell prepaid gas & insurance now disputing the charge with this office and filing a better business claim as my Uber driver suggested while I was in tears leaving this location

Rented a car during spring 2022. The transaction was easy, seamless and without issue. The gentleman I dealt with was professional, courteous and responsive. The car, which we had for a week, was perfectly fine. I would definitely go back. It's a small lot....but they have cars.

Giving one star due to the unprofessionalism of an employee when we arrived to pick up our rental. Upon arrival I observed 3 staff members working, 2 male & 1 female. I saw the male employees helping other customers, while the female did not seem/look busy. When we walked inside she did not great us, instead went into the bathroom (no “I’ll be right with you”, nothing.) Once she came out I attempted to start conversation and she said “Someone else will be right with you” while she continued to stand at the front desk, still doing nothing. Eventually one of the male staff members, Marquee I believe, saw us and came over to help. Even he noticed her unprofessionalism and apologized to us. With that being said I’d like to give a shout out to him, and want to recognize his professionalism! Kuddos to him! Within 10 mins of him helping us we had our rental. To add, I had no problem with the vehicle itself. However this specific location is what I have an issue with. Do better!
