We arrived on location to view cars in lot. Not one sales rep came out to greet us. We found a couple cars we liked and went inside to find a sales rep. When we first went inside we saw two sales reps sitting at their desk on the computer/phones. The closest one to us was Ethan Tubbs. We approached him, he did not make an effort to get out of his seat and greet us. After we told him we were interested in a few cars and what our criteria was, he started to look up the vehicles. We found a few cars and test drove two of them. While we were test driving, he just sat in the back seat, quiet. No lite conversation asking us about how we thought the vehicle was. We decided on a vehicle and went back to start the paperwork. This was a Saturday and while we understood it would take a while to get approval because of banks closing early, etc. We told them we didn't mind coming back Monday when they called us with the banks decision. So we left and waited. Come Monday we had to call them, they told us they were still waiting for approval and would call us. We waited two days and no one called us. We finally called Hertz and they told us Ethan was off, so we called his mobile number. He ensured us that he would call the manager to see what the status is. We never got a call back. We waited a few more days only to find the car we originally tried to purchase was sold. No notice to us, no update on status. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Worst experience ever! First off, I literally called every 30min for 2 days straight, simply trying to find out if they had any vehicles.... NEVER got an answer. Called the main 800 customer service number and they were not able to get in touch with this location either. I was told they would escalate to a Manager within customer service to contact Manager at site and they would call me back.. which NEVER happened. I called customer service the very next day as I was experiencing the same, NO answer after calling every 30min to this location. I was told the exact same thing, it would be escalated and I'll get a call, once again, NEVER received a call back. By Wednesday, I decided to just drive there (this location was not close to me, that's why I was calling for a simple confirmation that vehicles were available). When I walked into the place there was one guy sitting at the desk playing on his cell phone. I told him I had been calling and all he said is that he's short staffed... again, not a single person in the building and he sure didn't look busy at all. He then proceeded to say all they have are Tesla's for $150/day. I explained this was an insurance claim and that a car should be reserved. All of a sudden, they did have a Honda Civic...so it felt like I was being lied to in getting the more expensive car until he found out this was a claim reservation. We still had to wait 30min for them to bring the car up. If not for the insurance claim reserving the car at this location, I would've left. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but moving forward, I'll never rent from THIS location in particular and if I can help it, I'll never rent from Hertz period! As stated, worst experience ever!

Ran my credit for 4 different banks but told me it would only be one inquiry. The finance managers will profile and discriminate against you regardless if you have all the required documents.

I went to 3 dealers this past week and none of them compared to my experience at Hertz! Super quick, non-commissioned sales team. Paperwork process only took 15-20 minutes with no BS.
