Hello neighbors, I cannot say enough glowing things about this Safeway location, for example, the customer service is over the top outstanding, the choices are excellent, the store is well stocked, clean and organized, and the produce is always fresh and wonderful. This is my favorite store. More than once I have had employees go out of their way with kindness to provide me with outstanding customer service to help me find what I need or help me to add a few pennies to the machine to meet the total at checkout. I'm an older lady and always appreciate the help . What a great store this Safeway is, Good parking, polite customers. 10 stars from me.

Not enough check outs with people available, then when get to checkout the priced on the shelves are not honored without having to go through an online app. The cashier has to show us how to use the app. Very frustrating. I guess the loyalty card is no longer useful.

We are regulars at this Safeway, not anymore. My bf went here to get groceries and I needed a feminine product. So he was on the phone with me in the aisle trying to figure out what I needed. An Employee saw this and decided to get on to the intercom to announce to the entire store that the person in aisle 7 ( the aisle he was in) needs to hurry up with the tampons because they are trying to close and waiting for him. They still had 2 and a half hours till close. The employee got on the intercom to embarrass my boyfriend. That is very disgusting and unprofessional and all of the employees acted like they didn’t know it happened even though they were standing in the store they can clearly hear it. Talked to store manager, and he acted clueless. Very well run store if you ask me. Never coming back even tho it’s the closest safeway

Best sliced cakes at the bakery. And they always have the frozen waffles my family like. Employees are very helpful and professional. Thank you.
