As I was shopping through Marshall’s I decided to get a 24 x 72“ mirror. Somebody was able to take it up front for me, I was super appreciative. As I was checking out I let them know I paid for the mirror. She told me if I pulled up front they could take it out to my car. I pulled up front in between marshals and the store next to it due to other cars out front. I put my hazards on and sit there for about 10 minutes. I didn’t wanna get out of my car so I called and was super confused about it. She was extremely rude I’m a 19-year-old girl trying to move out on my own for the first time and they were not helpful at all. She told me “ well since you didn’t pull up front there’s nothing I can do about it as soon as you pull up front we can move it out” after I already had told her that I’m parked out front. So I went and got the mirror myself and had a hard time putting it in my car. I was really hoping for kind of staff and wanting to go back knowing that I would be able to have a Store I can count on that’s willing to help. I will never be going back.

What a wait at checkout - line was appx. 60 customers long! Although they had 8 cashiers it still took us 50 mins to checkout on 5/22/22!

Well stocked, lot of merchandise to choose from and great discounts. There are some things that are a bit pricey but keep searching you'll find a bargain. The store personnel were very helpful, whether you're looking for a unique item or to answer questions about a product, each one was willing to assist. Those hard to reach items, just find a floor support they're plenty available to assist. I mentioned this, because many stores lately, don't have the support you need when there's a question about the product or price. A great shopping day.
