Been going to the store since the first day was open. Over time it's gotten worse with dry chicken and poor service. Lately I ordered eight piece family meal. When I got home the cold coleslaw was upside down leaking all over hot box of chicken. This time I specifically asked them to put the cold coleslaw in a paper sack to the side of the hot chicken. When I got my order I opened it up and once again the coleslaw is upside down dripping out onto a hot box. Never going back there again. I will drive to the new one in Apache junction before I go back there.

I usually really like Popeyes. Tonight was a frustrating let down. I was so disappointed. I used the mobile app to order the Chicken Strips and Shrimp combo with fries and a biscuit. When I got there to pick it up I was told it would be about 3 minutes because they were waiting for the blackened chicken strips. No problem! I ended up waiting over 10 minutes so when I got home the shrimp, fries and biscuit were cold. Cold fries are disgusting!! Then I saw a sorry excuse for blackened chicken strips (see attached pic). They were so small, they fit in the palm of my hand. So I had to get out the measuring tape. They were only 3.5 inches. The chicken strips were tiny, most of my food was cold, I didn't get the correct sauces and I had to wait 10 minutes. Utterly disappointed!!

Doesn't participate in Popeyes delivery, and often opts of of certain promotions. No problem with the food, though. Some employees could get more training on the drive thru side. Overall, still positive enough I only struck 1 star.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Service was good and the food came out fast. I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches that everyone had gone nuts over and honestly I thought it was just ok. I certainly wouldn't have stood in line for hours for one! Next time I'll go back to the chicken tenders....always good! The frozen strawberry lemonade was outstanding however! We enjoyed our food outside at a sunny table.

I have never heard of them having a senior discount at Popeye's I would like to know myself because I'm a senior and so is my boss and I go there quite often hopefully somebody will know this answer I don't thank you happy New Years in advance
