This branch and the one in Fountain Hills is the worst with their hours. They close at will. You would think they would email their customers the very day they have an issue if they have to close for any reason and also provide the locations closest to that branch. I have end of the year deposits and transfers to do that need to be made before the end of the year! and they are closed! They could even get onto their website and give the information there! They are the worst. They know our information, they email is their silly useless surveys. Email everyone that's been to the branch for the past 6 months!

This bank is terrible, rude and cold people. I had an appointment this week to wire money and just found out they are closed until Tuesday. Thanks for scheduling me on Thursday for a Tuesday appointment. They won’t care about you or your money but they will ask you personal questions about your money. Mr Potter must own this bank

I actually bank with Wells Fargo but get a few checks during the month from a client who banks with Bank of America, I sometimes stop by up to twice a week to cash a check. my banks sometimes puts a hold on checks and I can’t wait. The Bank of America on Shea and 92nd. St. If my favorite branch to go do business. Everyone is always really nice and they have the fast service, I’ve tried most locations because I don’t have time to waste in the lines and I have to honestly say The Bank of America on Shea and 92nd. Is the best branch from my experience...

Friendly associates and friendly customers. Some customers would bring me teas from U.S. Egg until they would realize that I wasn't the other guy. Luckily there's a large enough rock to relieve pressure of my foot, (Gout!). Between this banking center and 6501 N. Scottsdale rd would be like a coin toss, Both sites felt like family. 😊
