We have now purchased our second home at Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch. Both neighborhoods have had lovely people. Love living in the sun!! We came in 2008 and never plan to leave!!

Magnificent community.Would like to see if anything that the Poston Butte Grille be upgraded and run like a true restaurant. Many people in the community share the same thoughts. Besides this issue you would be proud to be a resident of this commuinty.

Common Sense

They have some really beautiful homes in this community. It seems to be a nice place to retire. With the exception of the receptionist at the front desk in the community center everyone else was wonderful. But the receptionist at the community center was no help at all. She was short and acted as if we had no business there. She kept stating that she had no idea what we were talking about. When we explained that we were there to meet a salesperson to tour some properties and discuss purchasing a property. She repeatedly said I have no idea what you are talking about. I would recommend that you take a tour of this community, just stay clear of the community center. If you are of color.

We visited several Del Webb communities in Texas and New Mexico and knew this type of community was the right one for us. We visited in February and went through the model homes and found several that we liked. We sold our home on July 19, looked at several used homes in the Merrill Ranch development and then found this spec home on the website. Ruth Silva was our agent and started us on the path to purchase. We used Pulte Mortgage to finance this purchase and put them on a fast track to closing on August 23. We made the offer contingent upon physically viewing the home. We made a quick trip in from Illinois, stayed in the Villas on site and approved the offer. We closed on the 23rd with a very professional agent and got our keys on the 26th. We look forward to our new home and community
