Drive through was unfriendly and didn't care to get my order right. Then when I asked them for a refund they shorted me 11 cents which is mot worth the argument, however it show their incompetence and lack of customer service skills.

The food at this McDonald location is consistently tasty. The place is clean and staff very friendly. My only gripe is that each McDonalds is given the option to upsell an Orange juice when ordering a breakfast meal. The employee at the register shared with me that a coffee or fountain drink was included in my meal however, I was being upcharged for my small OJ. I believe that pricing should be consistent no matter what McDonald's we choose. We have too many retirees near this location who live on a fixed budget. Just a consideration....

The drive-through order was wrong, but it happens, I guess. The drive-through cashiers were a bit immature and horseplaying. There's a time and place, and it's definitely not the right time in front of customers. The gal at the pick-up window was friendly and reassured us that our order was correct. It wasn't. Although the meal was wrong, it was hot and fresh. Not enough to keep me from going back, but I'll be checking my order before I pull away next time.

This was my son's soda. Some sort of thick chemical soapy liquid instead of a sprite. It tasted like what you would think a cleaning product would taste like. The manger was unapologetic... However the manger over her was caring about the situation.
