I placed an order over the phone, the man was pleasant but didn't ask my name. I arrived to pick up my order, there is a woman making pizza, and ringing up customers. Meanwhile there is a man in the corner in a chair with a fan blowing on his studying a book. I stand at the counter for several minutes while two other orders are filled. This man never looks up at all. The woman asked if she can help me, because he didn't ask my name she can't ring me up. She taps on the register saying repeatedly "I can't find your name, I can't ring you up" over and over. Finally she asks the man to help me. After finishing the page he is reading, he writes her a note and puts it on the counter. Without even seeing his note, she come back taps some more and finally gives me a total. What kind of customer service is this? If you are on break it shouldn't be on the front counter.

Busy location. One of the more consistant Little Caesars in the way they prepare thier food, so I'll keep returning. Staff is so-so. Not overly friendly but not rude either.

Call ahead Orders are wrong at least 25% of the time / rarely hot and ready available / majority of staff is undertrained or poorly managed. They're close and when I can get what ask for, it's good for the most part. 1 star because this isn't rocket science, so just avoid.

While waiting for my pizza to be ready I watched the girl attending the front register handle cash and then turn around to cut and box someone’s pizza before washing or sanitizing her hands. Her hair was also not pulled back and I watched it fall on/near multiple people’s pizzas while she was cutting them. Not pleased with the level of sanitation this location has.
