My husband ordered me an arrangement for my birthday. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, but I didn't want to upset him, so I didn't tell him. The cheesecake tasted like old refrigerator and the pineapples were hard as a rock.

Best manager and customer service. Mother's day they had freezer malfunctions and some of the fruit wasn't fresh but this manager went above and beyond to make this mom feel super special. She deserves all the praise from Edible because of her we will remain loyal customers.

Had an arrangement sent to my girlfriend and it came out perfect! Was delivered in the morning, chocolates tasted great and she loved the teddy bear you guys offered. Would highly recommend to anyone getting there spouse a great yummy surprise.🤤🤤🤤

I was disappointed with what was delivered compared to what I thought I was ordering for my son and his family in Arizona, I've ordered many times from the store in Victorville, CA, & never had this happen, my son sent me a picture & it was sad. I was hoping the cheesecakes would be bigger and have the fruit on top of them, won't use them again.

Hi there! We are usually very busy on the phone or in person helping customers Place orders and answer questions. If you call didn't come through we were either with a customer or at the store getting produce. We apologize. You can place an order online and send it to our store if you would like or just give us a call back and I can give you a discount on whatever you decide to order.
I got to the store to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 530. Doors locked and lights off.
