Sandra is simply the nicest person you will ever meet. She is so amazing that my wife and I will go well out of our way just to eat at this location. Her poise, service, and commitment to her store is unmatched by anyone. We have family in WI and we would all rather see Sandy’s smiling face a million times over having Culver’s anywhere else, even in WI. The new dining room is bright and open with a much easier to clean/sanitize floor. It was the breath of fresh air that the store needed to meet the level of service provided by Sandy and her excellent staff. We honestly look forward to our little Culver’s dates to have a nice meal, some ice cream for dessert, and a warm friendly hug from someone that feels like family. Peel away the veneer of cookie-cutter fast food restaurants and what you’re left with is a staff and its leadership, and in the case of this establishment- They set the bar.

Usually great service! I'm going to this Culver's for years now. Today was the first time it's ever been really poor service. There was one girl leaving against the drive-thru window eating an ice cream. My ordered the cashew caramel ice cream flavor of the day for today and when we got it there was no cashews. When my mom took it up to ask about it the girl that was at the counter was all snarky and disrespectful asking if she paid for it. Just not good service this time. Thankfully the manager refunded us for the food because the chicken nuggets were overcooked, the french fries tasted like it was in stale oil and almost burnt. I think we will go to one of the other locations next time.

Our go to place for best Hamburgers in Twin. We go there at least once a week. I've noticed when busy the help is great. Fast service and friendly. When they are not busy, I notice employees are not at their best. I noticed tables not getting cleaned. I didn't see Woman with short red brown hair. She is always busy and a great worker bee.

I was happy to find a Culver’s closer to where I live, but the happiness was short lived. When we pulled around to go through the drive thru, we immediately noticed the sign wasn’t lit, but shrugged it off. We ordered 2 Salted Caramel Pumpkin Concrete Mixers, we added cheesecake bites. Simple order. We received what looked like melted ice cream, with cheesecake smeared on the lids and ice cream dripping down the sides. When I asked to have them remake mines, the female cashier (not sure if she was the manager or shift leader or what), who wasn’t even who we were directly interacting with, got a huge attitude and was trying to explain that the cheesecake was just finely mixed into the drink. We LOVE Culver’s!!! I’ve frequented multiple locations in the East Valley and in other states, the concretes always are firm, neat, and have chunks of whatever add in we order. We ultimately left with a side of cheesecake bites to add to our melted drinks, very disappointed and dissatisfied. We will not be returning to this location.
