I don't recommend moving here I've been here for a couple of years The place has really turned for the worst if you do take a tour Make sure you look inside inside the men's bathroom and ladies bathroom Inside the pool area The counter top and sync and T v's of filthy The barbecue area is full of bird droppings all over the barbecue they do not wash down the property As I speak The pool is turning green I asked Management3 days ago to take care of this issue nothing has been done Your choice make sure you take a good look around this property before you move in Just the heads up.

Absolutely horrid when I was shown this complex the very “kind” office worker failed to let us know how terrible the parking situation is I have already been towed twice and can never find parking EVER oh but no worries guys just buy a covered space! Yeah great plan baron if you actually had any available how are you so disorganized that you rent more tentants and allow about at least 10 MAINTENANCE vehicles to park overnight in tenant parking so we get a nice 215 dollar towing visit by all valley towing DO NOT RENT HERE AND IF TOO LATE GET OUT OF THE LEASE

I’ve lived at this complex a little less than a year now, the main problem with it is that you can never find parking after around 8:30/9:00... and someone who works late hours in the night just wants to go home and sleep, but because I can’t find parking I have to park about .5 miles away in a different neighborhood...and me, being a girl I DO NOT feel safe at all walking that far away to my apartment. The complex said that I should get a covered parking or garage, problem is is that they never have any available or it’s completely on the opposite side of my apartment. My main thing is that I wish the parking was a little more organized so that I felt safer. The complex is beautiful and an a awesome location, but wish that I didn’t have to drive around for hours waiting for a spot to open up.

We did not rent here, however we did put in an app and holding deposit for a unit before finding a rental home that we decided to go with. Our experience with the office staff was very positive throughout the entire process. Chelsea is super friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make things as smooth as possible. Keenan was also helpful to us as well. We had some trouble getting our app through the first time, but they continued to hold the unit for us to get things straighten out and get it ran through again and were very understanding when we decided to go another route in the end. They even let us see the unit we would have been renting which was really nice that it was ready and we were able to check it out prior to moving in. I know that doesn't always happen. If we had not found a larger rental home that we opted to go with, we would definitely be renting here! The property was very well maintained, beautiful pool! And the unit was very clean and presentable when we viewed it. I can't speak as a tenant who lived at this property, but can definitely say the office staff at Pillar made our experience a good one just from applying and working with them for a short time and we will definitely be remembering that experience for future reference if we are ever in the position to have to rent an apartment.
