Greyhound: Bus Stop

This happened to me and my son when he was 1 back in 2001 but I still think about it to this day when I see or hear about Greyhound. My husband at the time was wanting a divorce and so I had nowhere to go other than back to Arizona from Georgia and was only able to take our clothing. At the time I had no luggage and had to throw all our clothes into a trash bag. Well the driver said they don’t allow trash bags as luggage and almost threw all my son and I had left off the bus till I explained our situation. He said ok he’ll leave it but I had to explain that to the next driver which I did but the driver did not care and took our stuff off. So when we got to Arizona, my son and I had no money and no clothing having to start all over again from scratch. I’m just glad we were able to stay with my brother till we got back on our feet no thanks to Greyhound who has no heart or sympathy for their passengers. I just hope that whomever got our belongings was happy and put the clothing to use and didn’t end up in the trash. Because of that, I will never ride on a Greyhound or have any family member use their services ever again, even though this was 20 years ago

They don't stop when and where they are supposed to. Took my niece out of state and dropped her off in the middle of nowhere at midnight. No one could help us by phone. Worst business in the U.S. in my opinion. Will NEVER use them ever again.

Great location! Smack in the middle of town, along with Amtrac stop, to get on or off! Right around the corner to the wonderful Historic Benson Museum!! A must see!!!
