AMC Arizona Center 24

Been here a couple times now and it's a solid theater with plenty of seating in each theater. However, they don't have the recliners like a lot of the other AMC theaters have nowadays. Oh they also validate parking which is real nice.

With 24 screens there are plenty of showings. Great parking option (covered garage). But they usually only have one person covering the ticket window...thus sometimes lengthy waits. The concession stand area is dirty. Period. And how can half of your concession options be unavailable on a Sunday mid-day time? No nachos. No fries. No nuggets. Not that someone in the back was preparing these food options ...they were just plain out of them. And the one option they did have, hot dogs, weren't going to be ready for 20 mins? Could not understand how this would be possible at a theater that looked pretty empty. All I can say is the movie was good and the sound/screen in the theater was good.

The popcorn was fresh and they have great customer service. Wish I had gotten the name's of the young lady and gentleman who served me! Nice clean bathroom and theater. Definitely will go back again! Just got back from AMC and it's still great!! Awesome service, clean bathrooms and theaters. Definitely my go to theater!!

AMC downtown Phoenix looks abandoned and dirty. My family member rented the entire movie room and we were disappointed with the service. The seats just felt dirty. The floors had not been clean from the previous showing. The popcorn tasted just like the place.(old) Wished I should of gone back to asked for a new fresh batch but didn't want to miss the movie. The restrooms were clean, and the quality of movie (sound) was great. However, I will not be going back to this particular movie theater. I'm afraid to see what it looks like with bright lights.
