What even happened last night?? Placed an online order, got home and we had the wrong pizza. We drove back and the cashier person said we would get our correct one in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and we're sweating it's so hot. So many people waiting for corrections. We ask what's going on with our pizza. Then they say they need another 26 minutes. Hello? That's not okay. Got a refund and left hungry and disappointed. They were a fine pizza place before but the new hires need more training.

My husband tried to call in an order they had him on hold for over 30min. Tried to order online but unlike all the other pizza places you can’t opt to pay in cash which is stupid!!! Unfortunately this is the closest Little Ceasers there is. To make matters worse I’m now on my way to go in and physically order it and I’m handicap can’t walk very well!! This is HORRIBLE customer service. Someone from Corporate needs to retrain everyone at this store. Especially seeing there are so many horrific reviews!!

I have no idea why I don't a lesson. Maybe it's because I'm broke lol. This place never fulfill a delivery order correctly. You really have to show up in person to order and dispute. When you choose delivery they ALWAYS do it incorrectly that you always have to dispute it with corporate. But when you order in person and dispute they will correct it everytime. Maybe it might be the workers who are underpaid? I have no idea but this location never does an order correctly. I always have to dispute charged with the corporate number who always refunds me a portion of the order or all of it. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a Dominos nearby. They have been cool

Absolutely the worst pizza place in Phx. No such thing as “hot and hot ready” here. Expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes. When you get your pizza, expect to have to recut it because they either are cutting it with a very dull cutter or are going too fast to fully cut through the pizza. On several occasions the cuts were so bad my kids were laughing. We recently tried and do a door dash and they cancelled it because they could not figure out their system?? It’s the closest one to our home but I’m going to have to start driving further just not to deal with this place.
