This bowl reminded me, why I stopped coming to jack in the crack.. the meals are not worth the price, $8+ for a bowl that barely has anything. And lets not mention the lettuce tacos. Smh 🤦 I rather pay $1 more and go to panda 2 entrees one a side. Disappointed prices 😕. #cantdobusinessanymore

Amie thank you for the customer service you give me excellent service I always pass by in this location and you made the difference with the simple questions hi how are you Is there anything else I can help you with? read my order at the window and ask me if i need anything …you commit to win you have excellent smile and great actitud the night was long at work and by passing to get my meal at this location made my night I totally forgot about scheduling, phone calls, Emails, and making Goal percentage everyday, thanks hope jack hires more people like you. I arrived at the Jack in the Box at 11:55 pm. I was tired from work and wanted a quick cheap bite. I ordered 6 jalapeño poppers and the two tacos. There was a long line but I didn’t think anything of it. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting I got to the window and paid. I’m thinking after all that time I am going to get my food. WRONG. They had me pull around and I waited till 12:55. After an hour of waiting for fast food and wasting an hour of my life I left. I did not even receive my food. This was a ridiculous experience.

My order was all wrong. A kids meal checken nugget should not only have just 1 strip. My tacos had no sauce and i asked for extra. My burger had lettuce only when i asked for my chesse and add bacon. They even took for ever. I called over and over. (5times) and no one ever answered; i let it ring until it kicked me off. I will never go back to this location
