They refused to tell a 93 year old how much it was going to cost over the phone then they took 2 weeks getting there then waited until they filled it up then demands her to pay them over $500 at once I called all of them and they're $50 higher than all of the others and they shouldn't be allowed to charge double the price of gas when gas is 2.93 a gallon propane is supposed to be 293 for 100 gallons not 4.89 a gallon what they're charging

By far the worst run business in Alamogordo. I paid on line through my bank $350 and they can't find it. And this was 2 years ago. Same old story, someone will call me back. Do not do business with these clowns. They sold out to a huge world wide company out of Norway and it's a joke.

Would give 0 stars. They keep trying to double charge us. Was told I needed to prepay for propane which I did. They filled the tank. Then I receive a bill for the fill with no reflection of my payment made. Coincidentally, they only gave me a receipt for the past due amount, and not the prepaid amount. Cannot reach anyone by phone. They keep giving us the run around, and is a poor way to conduct business. No wonder they have a D- on BBB.

I have done business with this company for 14 years. I called last Tuesday and I was told they would fill it by Thursday. I called Friday and they said delivery will be Tuesday. I called Monday to reaffirm delivery yes Tuesday are delivery days for you. Well Tuesday came and gone . No one called me to let me know why they can't or didn't make it. I've left messages on their answering machine since last week and no one has called me from that. Very disappointed with the service and the customer service.
