Took my Daughter for sutures, they allowed me to go back with her but I had to go home for a medical reason if my own and when my other daughter went to be with her sister so she wasn’t alone they said she couldn’t go back because only one person per family is allowed to even enter the doors to the patient rooms. The nurse was incredibly rude when I politely asked if there was a time estimate of when the doctor might be able to see my daughter and asked in front of all the patients within earshot and all the staff “Is there some specific reason you have to leave”. I was so anxious and uncomfortable and on the verge of a panic attack. I won’t be going back to this hospital.

We've had issues with the emergency department, and I will tell you it's not great. Not at all. The five stars are for Dr. Wilson. He is my obstetrician, and he is so caring and wonderful. We did not expect to have a baby, but what a blessing it has been to have such a gentle soul to guide us through this process. His bedside manner is one that is frequently absent from medicine these days. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an OB.

I had to do a gestational diabetes 2 hour test today in the Lab. From the gal who checked me in and signed me up in the system was very quick and friendly. And once I got to the Lab, The waiting area was packed when I went to take a seat, but they were VERY fast and efficient maybe waited 10 minutes! I got a little emotional while awaiting to get stuck with a needle and have my blood drawn.. (NOT my favorite thing to do..) but my phlebotomist was THE BEST!! Highly Highly recommend Freda if you need your blood drawn! She got it the first time (ALL 3 TIMES- each one an hour apart!!!) She was able to make me laugh (how the heck is that possible sitting in that chair!!) Without a doubt I am going to request Freda for all future blood draws!! Thank you Freda!!!

My fiancé was treated here tonight. He was given horrible service. I called the head nurse to discuss his care and to find a solution. Kaye the. hung up on me as she was yelling I wasn’t looking for solutions. - considering he left with the same issue he showed up with and it wasn’t even addressed, Al I wanted was for him to be able to rerun and not wait another 2 hours he has already waited. But she just hung up on me instead. Will be calling to talk to someone higher up. That was not acceptable behavior from a nurse at all. I never raised my voice or used impolite language. Uncalled for. Do better.
