Thought I’d give this location a shot but they are just as bad as the rest in this town! Over charges me then won’t compromise on getting my money back and so I was forced to pick another in store item instead. I feel this was done in negligence or on purpose either way they didn’t care about fixing their mistake. Another shameful Sally’s review. Shopping online for my salon products has been much easier, cheaper and you don’t have to deal with the untrained employees and managers that just roll their eyeballs around. They have zero knowledge on the products they sell and how to use them so be cautious if you need advice I have had clients come to me crying after taking advice from a Sally’s employee. Also, they are very lacking in general customer service and mathematic skills. If professionals were hired instead of girls that want to play salon then maybe customers would have a good experience.

I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was awesome and extremely helpful. She showed me a better product that will protect my hair. She showed me where the reduced clearance stuff was, too! She also told me that I had a lot if points and that I need to go online to link my account to use them. I’ve been going to the Coors and central location and no one had told me that. I honestly thought I paid $5 a year to get a discount. I didn’t know I was accumulating points. This lady didn’t make me feel stupid like I’ve felt in the past. Luckily I work close to this location I’ll continue to go to that store. Not only was she so nice and helpful the store itself is so organized and not as crowded as Coors and central location. Thank you to the very helpful and pretty lady who was there Friday just before 4 pm today ☺️

Saw a great deal today for a pair on 7” barber shears, but the staff listed the wrong price and there was a jump from $19.99 as listed with multiple pairs on the same shelf to $79.99. That’s way to far of a jump to be misleading your customers on!

I called to ensure this location had the straightening brush in stock that I wanted and was told it was in stock. I said that was great and I would be right over to purchase it. No mention was made to me that they would be closing for 30 minutes in the upcoming future otherwise I would have planned accordingly. I arrived 20 minutes after my call to find the door locked with a sign saying 'sorry to miss you back in 30 minutes'. Honestly, is it incumbent upon the customer to ASK if the store is planning to close anytime for the rest of the day? How difficult is it for the store rep to mention the upcoming closure to me when I specifically said, "I will be RIGHT over to purchase that item"?

The older womenis always rude, they don’t answer the phone and She always is distracting the workers when I need help and act bothered when I have a question I will no longer be giving them my service. This is a warning that they are not professional
