I usually buy online but have been into the store 2ce now and both times I found the staff pretty rude and not friendly at all. It can't be that hard to be cordial with customers

Very bad behaved staff, did not take return for my online order claiming I had washed the clothes. While I carried the unreturned clothes and was about the step out of the store, one of them asked me if I wanted to buy those outfits. Come on, don’t treat me like I’m shop lifting! Carter yes! Woodinville Carter staff, BIG NO!

A beautiful well organized store for Carter’s & Oshkosh brand. So much varieties and options to choose from. The staffs were helpful and they’ve got a table with toys to engage my active toddler. I love this place

Carter's/Oshkosh as a whole is my favorite brand of clothing for my toddler. Ninety-five percent of his clothes are from the brand because of its combination of style (adorable!), value (especially when on sale) and quality. This particular store I like because it's conveniently located (between Haggens and Target where I visit frequently), and even if the store is the only one you're visiting, it's easy to park go in then leave. The sales staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked so you can usually find the item/s you want to purchase. Be aware though, there is so much merchandise to choose from that if you are looking for a particular design and size, it might be faster/easier to just order online.

For Curbside: Park and call! When you arrive, open your email confirmation and call us. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free! For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!

Most items will be ready for Pick Up Today / Curbside Pickup within two hours of the time you place your order online. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup. Place your order 2 hours before close for same-day pickup.
Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
