I have been visiting this restaurant for months.. Our family enjoy their food but today I got the WORST service ever from the person I have seen for the first time. First of all, I ordered Mongolian beef with brown rice and all rice. I told the young lady no vegetables. But she gave me NO RICE AT ALL. They charged me extra substitute for nothing. Secondly I paid for $50.66 and handed $100 bill. I came home and realized she gave me $40.34 for change. Unbelievable experience, we are not sure to come back or not.

Second time tonight I had to order diner from here. First of all, I paid for priority (10-15 min) and still had to wait almost an hour for my food. Second, that wouldn’t have been as aggravating if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the second time I had to order a dish because they got it wrong. My husband is allergic to sesame and in both times of ordering general Tao chicken he gets honey sesame. But conveniently, neither the driver nor the restaurant are to blame for the fact that he could have died due to simple carelessness. I wish I could say this was the first time, but alas it’s not. Thanks to the associate who answered the phone call and laughed at me fanning responsibility and the driver getting mad at me for questioning if he could do anything…my family won’t order from here again. And the think, all of this could have been avoided when simple sorry could have sufficed.

Pork teriyaki was nasty! Meat was burnt then covered in a very salty sauce that didn't taste anything like teriyaki. Fried rice was overcooked.
