We were here for a soccer tournament at the Bernalillo soccer complex, so the location was great. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning was above average hotel breakfast. Hotel was crowded due to holiday weekend traffic.

Nice place to lodge and rest.... Room was clean. We had a standard room reserved and enjoyed the king size bed! We had our children with us so the staff was very accommodating with extra towels and blankets and pillows. The breakfast was gourmet with plenty to choose from --- eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereal, etc. That's something that's important to us when we book a hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and wash some clothes in the guest laundry area! There were restaurants nearby as well. Overall pleased with accomodations!

Positive: The room was nice and the breakfast was good (hot breakfast with on demand pancakes and lots of other things). Location was convenient if not particularly scenic or convenient to restaurants. Negative: The hot water never worked at night or in the morning, and the staff didn't seem to care at all. The elevator was also broken, and there was some flooding on the first floor.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bernalillo for 5 nights. It was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! They appeared to be fully staffed and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond keeping the floors, elevators, and rooms spotless. The front desk staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was better than the usual continental breakfast at other hotels. I was able to sleep without disruption. This hotel is located near I-25 but far enough away you do not hear traffic. Restaurants, shopping, and the casino are nearby. I would highly recommend staying here!
