They told me the doctor was running late, and after I waited for nearly an hour they suggested me to reschedule. I don’t care if there’s an emergency, because if they can send texts to confirm the appointment or leave a voice message to apologize afterwards, then they can definitely notify me before I arrived. Absolutely no respect for patient’s time and I would definitely not recommend.

It's one of the better community clinics I've used, but they are frequently disorganized, have trouble relaying communication by phone to my medical team, and thus far has had some trouble dealing with my medical complexities. Regardless, for the average person, this facility is lovely, affordable, and easy to access. There's also a nice park next door!

I'm only giving five stars, because like everyone else, I brought my son to Carolyn Down's Clinic, and the care that he received, was exemplary. I will never see this caring, nurturing Clinic as The Country Doctor. The Receptionists, Schedulers make the experience wonderful. Back in the day, the Doctors were more engaging and respectful...the two Doctors that attended to me were distant and hostile. The male doctor was extremely rude, told me that I wasn't sick and said I was blind. All in front of my now 23-year old Son! After moving to another clinic, I run into one of the doctors who saw me at Carolyn Down's...now finding another Provider.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for care even now that I have insurance. Country Doc and Carolyn Downs were here for me when I was sick, broke, unemployed and uninsured. I got world class care and professionalism.
