Terrible left a message as towhy he was denied help considering my dad is elderly I asked for policies not 1 call back just straight denied .I wonder if they keep the money for themselves it's fishy how they tend todeny alot of people.So what are they doing with the money? If it's not going towards helping the poor, terrible people whoever I spoke to a hispanic man he's fake don't fall for his charming voice he's looking to find excuses to deny people please ask for a different person if he answers or calls you bc you won't get nowhere with him I thought he was kind at first put my dad's hopes up then boom a big no with no good reason .I hope he can sleep at night considering he denied a elderly and disabled person rental assistance shame on you ! God will handle your hateful attitude.God is taking care of us we will be ok it's you that has a punishment coming hopefully you don't get evicted one day since you don't consider it a issue.Reading about.people and their pets having to.sleep.in.cars due to.them.good job not

This place is not what people think. We're 66 and 59 on ssi making 2000 a mth and homeless. If you've been homeless then you know what it takes to survive. We only got 140.00 in food stamps and living in a freezing car with 2 dogs. We had to buy our own food for nearly 3 weeks and at times had to get a hotel so we stayed warm and our dogs to. N w pilot didn't care all they said is you need to save your money. They never heard what i said and didn't care. So now we're still homeless thanks to them. Nw pilot is worthless unless your a foreign er.

We are 59 disabled and 66. We make 2000 a mth and are homeless.we asked for help on our deposit and rent to start us off. We were told we make to much money and need to save our money. I told these people that we only get 60 and 80 dollars in food stamps so for the next 3 weeks or so we had to buy our food and sometimes get a hotel so we were not freezing to death. What did they say you need to save your money. They never even heard what we said. They didn't care. So we're still homeless thanks to north west pilot. This company6 don't want to help you unless you suffer and suffer. To save money we didn't have. This place is worthless
