I've had my fair share of picking up orders from here. Now that it's not "hot and ready", they do tend to take longer than the estimated time of finish. Besides that, they've been friendly and apologetic when it's needed. The food has been good. Area is skeptical tho

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE We went in, waited 20 min and watch not a single order be taken, 3 customers walked out while another filed a complaint. When our order was taken, we were told it was a 45in wait for a hot n ready. There was no hustle and no desire to get any customers taken care of.

This experience was BAD BAD BAD!!! WE ORDERED 6 pizzas... 4 pep and 2 cheese. They were delivered and BURNT TO A CRISP! For 30 mins I called and the store never answered! So my husband took a Uber to the restaurant and the guy REFUSED TO REMAKE THEM!!!!! SAID #1 HE WAS OUT OF DOUGH AND #2 DIDN'T Feel LIKE IT!!!!!! SO HE REFUNDED MY HUSBAND and said for us not to come back again. This was bad!! Bad customer service! My burned food and not to mention noone answered when we called!!!!!

Second time I came here, similar experience both times. 1) Took forever to receive pizza...that is after the long wait just to order. 2) No change given. You either give up the remainder or use a cc. I didn't feel comfortable so I gave up over $2. But if it's used for the hard workers in the back, then I'm ok with it. Let me rephrase, I hope it's used as a tip for the hard working kid running around with his head cut off and not being pocketed by the manager/owner. 3) No sodas but still wanted full price for combo, no thanks. Oh, phone here is always ringing off the hook. I would not suggest calling to place order. Wait time was slightly longer than 60 minutes, this time. 30 last time.
