Horrible service took over an hour to get food then tried to blame me that i never picked it up as my daughter stood there for the entire time and even had proof not till 50 m after the order was to be ready did it state the order was being packed on the tracker and the lil girl w glasses behind the counter thought it was ok to get mouthy when it was clearly thier fault!! And now i get home to see the wings are short and my pizza is doughy and uneatable. I even watched the girl pack the deep dish right in front of me but stated that the order had been ready. Smh getting full refund back on this for sure and in the pic of the deep dish thats dough not cheese

The pizza wasn't fresh or the Doe is out dated. Didn't taste fresh..

I believe this would be a happier and more productive workplace if the employees had air conditioning. The lobby is at least 90 degrees inside and I cannot imagine working inside near ovens in those conditions. Shame on the owners and the property managers you should be reported.
