Honestly, the food was terrible. I only gave them 3 stars because the restaurant was clean. If Jack in the Box had good food, I'd recommend going here. Reply to owner: You can't do anything about the food quality of a chain restaurant if you serve it fresh, which you did. Your restaurant was the best Jack in the Box I've ever been in when it comes to cleanliness and freshness, but you can't do anything about the food sent in the trucks. It is always 3 stars at best. Your restaurant was clean and your food was fresh. You can hope for no more than that. Plus, I live over 2 hours away so I won't be back. Take the compliment and understand what kind of food you sell. Oh, and they gave zero napkins for my messy burger so not gonna be giving more than 3 stars. Toodiloo

Pretty sad I have to give it even one star, today I order a chicken nugget combo for my kids and what do I get when I get home? Jalapeño poppers!!!! How irritating they don't answer the phone. They can't use the excuse of "We are too busy" because they weren't it was early in the morning and to top it off it was a Manager who put my order together.

Pretty typical Jack in the Box. One of the kids that brought out my food was a bit of a punk, but I mean...teenagers. The food itself was pretty standard/tasty.

Often told to pull around out of the drive thru and wait for my food to be brought out. Last trip, was given the wrong drink and no utensils despite requesting them with my order. Otherwise, food is always good.
