Best Western Plus Zion Canyon Inn & Suites

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Zion Canyon Inn & Suites during our Memorial weekend trip to Zion National Park. The hotel is conveniently located by Shuttle Stop #4, which is very convenient and a central location for almost everything in this beautiful town of Springdale, UT. The service and the cleanliness of this hotel exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of parking in the property. Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by the staff members and explains all the amenities they offer (daily breakfast, access to gym, pool and hot tub). Our room had 1 king bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash and plenty of towels. The staff brings in a new set of towels every day. If you are visiting Zion National Park, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The customer service here was amazing! We felt so taken care of by every single member of the staff. The rooms were spotless and well supplied, The beds were super comfortable, and the heating/cooling worked perfectly. There was even a private little patio off the back that we could sit and enjoy the outdoors in the shade. Housekeeping refreshed the room daily. This was the first hotel to do this along our 2 week road trip! Breakfast was available until 10a, which was lovely with the late start we always have getting all the kids ready. The food was delicious, fresh, and constantly refilled even at 9:45a when we managed to get there. They even offered a variety of hot food from one day to the next and the coffee and fresh fruit was served all day! The beautiful mountain surrounded pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, clean, had plenty of seating, and was well supplied with towels. There were two gas firepits available 24/7 to enjoy in the cooler evening. The free Springdale shuttle runs just outside and takes you either to Zion National Park visitor's center or around town to a variety of great restaurants. We have stayed in a LOT of hotels on this road trip and even my kids agree, this was by far our favorite!!!

Great location by the park. Amazing front desk. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. They have heated pool and jacuzzi - pack a swimsuit (we didn’t and regretted it).

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the back balcony was beautiful. We saw deer grazing in the back field. So amazing. Their breakfast wasn't bad, just not a lot of tables and ones that were available needed cleaned. One more convenience, the shuttle to Zion was right out front. So nice after a day of walking we didn't have to walk that far to the room.
