My son took his battery into be tested to ensure that was why his car wasn't starting because it wouldn't jump. The associate was annoyed because it was 15 minutes before closing. He said the battery was fine. My brother who is a mechanic came over the next day to check it out. It was the battery, only tested 5% juice. We go back to buy one and the two associates working had no clue how to credit the core charge and were literally clueless regarding how to do their job. I will not be shopping there again. No three strike rule here. Twice is enough.
