I'm not usually complaint about any service but this time is totally different I have to go to this store 2 to 3 times a week and this guy named Chris is in a different world , he's rude, make ugly faces when customer show up, this is my 3rd time experience when a courier bright in packages and this guy (Chris) stopped helping me to begin slowly checking in the several packages, makes you wait for 15 to 20 minutes when I just need literally 2 minutes! I don't like to deal with this guy anymore! FEDEX Do something please!!!

Came here to drop off a package and the employee saw my label taping (taped with clear packaging tape but not every cm of the label was covered in it, mostly the essential parts) and she scoffed before taking it. I don't really understand why she did that? Would she have done a better job since they have unlimited packaging supplies? Anyway, I know retail sucks but being rude without any instigation makes me feel bad for future people that come here.

Bad service bad attitude. I came in there 12 min before closing time and they said there closed and I would have to come back tomorrow I said why the door light on and then open sign on and there 12 min til you close. He had attude said I need to come in half hour early if I needed something shipped and was super rude .i see why there rating so low. South center workers fed ex bad lazy ppl. Now you go to the federal way one that's has nice friendly staff. Fed ex south center 0 stars. Federal way 5 stars

Incredible service! Chris and Matt helped our organization with a work emergency and helped us print all new materials for a conference in a 24 hour turnaround time. Highly recommend!
