When you want make an appointment and have to call them you should wait for 1-2 hours to talk to someone. Most of the time you wait for hours and no one answer your phone. Per my experience, this is the worst health center with the worst customer service.

A friendly spot in a busy Oasis of office buildings and medical staff. I was treated with respect. There was one issue with a doctor I had seen for a service connected skin issue who asked me questions about my time in the Service and I felt as if the doctor was being biased. I told the doctor his questions was none of his business. Other than that I truly enjoyed my visit to this place.

The lady puts me on hold over 30 minutes. After I ask her a question, she put me on hold again for over 10 minutes and surprisingly the line was automatically transferred to another location. I wish that there would be another option to make an appointment online instead of a phone call for 30+ minutes on-hold or in-person.

I’m regretfully a new patient & unfortunately I was referred. I wish I would’ve NEVER came. They’re rude,unprofessional,inconsiderate & show no compassion. I sat for an hour while watching 4 people get called back before me(they were what would be considered regulars & walk ins). The front desk worker didn’t send my file back(I watched) until 30 minutes before the office was closing. The front desk staff sat & talked about me thinking I couldn’t hear because I had headphones in which I turned the volume all the way down to listen. When I called to get my prescription transferred to the right pharmacy the lady at the answering service was rude then after the third call she FINALLY decided to transfer me to the office & they too were very rude & basically disregarded me as if my prescription & medical needs weren’t important. Now I’m going on 4 days without my medication due to the negligence & unprofessional childish petty behavior of this medical staff. Unless you’re a friend of the staff good luck receiving medical CARE. This is NOT a place that CARES!
