DONT GO HERE. I ordered 2 Mac and cheese bowls, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 drinks. Order confirmed, girlfriend drove down to get it. She was told they sold their entire stock of Mac and cheese to the guy in front of her. Our order should have been ready by that point before he got it all. She wasn't offered a discount or even an apology, they gave us normal famous bowls instead but my girl doesn't like Mashed potatoes. After she gets the food she realizes they forgot the 2 sandwiches. Because inside is closed she had to wait in the drive through again, still no offer for a discount or refund. On her way back she discovers our drinks are hot and have no ice in them. I am so done with this place. Now they won't answer the phone or anything. I want a FULL refund and I'm never coming back.

You're Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. How are you not capable of keeping fried chicken ready?! Then there is the hypocrisy of allowing mobile orders inside but everyone else has to use drive thru. It doesn't take a psychic or clairvoyant person to see that you will soon be closing your doors permanently. After reading the other reviews, I'm surprised you're not already permanently closed.

Horrible experience. I understand everywhere is short handed but come on. My order was missing two items, and it was cold by the time I got it. It was 20 minutes after the time it said it was ready. When I called, they didn’t answer until the 7th time and the guy who answered was pretending he couldn’t hear me and hung up. Then I called several more times asking if I can get a refund and all they said was there was nothing they could do for me. Don’t waste your money. Even if you get your food, it will be wrong or missing items or even worse, hair in your food. I’m disgusted.

This was my first time at KFC and found out that they are dishonest and ill-prepared. They had no dark meat, so I had to order a white meat 8 piece. They refused to honor my coupon. When I got home, I only had 4 pieces of white meat, and they put in 4 pieces of wing and drumetttes. I paid almost $30.00! When I tried to call them about this issue, no one answered the phone. I'll not give them a second chance
