This was our first time visiting cold stone in PC location and there were two kids working. They were so slow and didn’t clean the ice cream mixing board all the way but whatever. I got my order, and I was half way eating it and found a blonde hair mixed up with my Birthday Cake Remix 🤢 so gross. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location.

The ice cream was good but the business is ran poorly. All the had were teenagers who were to busy trying to flirt with girls and joke with their friends to take care of the line of people building up. Update: The management reached out very quickly and promptly. They stated the issues above have been fixed. I appreciate the professionalism used to resolve the issue.

Clean lobby friendly staff the ice cream is really good. Handicap accessible parking nearby if needed.

Super disappointed - went at 7:30pm on a Friday and they were out of a lot of flavors (no chocolate!) service was slow and I had to ask to have them put whipped cream on a shake … and then when they did it was pitiful. Should have just gone to McDonald’s! Save your money and faster service!!
