Recently bought a home 2 minutes from Lowes and 4 minutes from Home Depot. I thought, maybe it’s time to give Lowes a try (I grew up in a Home Depot house). It went well for a little while until I found out that you can’t make returns with your credit card and no receipt like Home Depot. And self checkout doesn’t allow you to email the receipt. Lowes just isn’t worth the liability of losing a receipt if I have a return from the remodel.

As a first time home buyer we went in to a washer and dryer and had amazing help from Jeremy the assistant manager. He addressed questions, made excellent recommendations and really made the experience easy and painless. Definitely would recommend them.

I am always treated with respect and the staff find me instead of my having to search for someone to help me locate anything in the store. I feel valued and that matters to me. I shop later in the evening due to my work schedule and have found myself there at closing time far too often. I was never pushed to hurry up or just go straight to checkout and that is rare these days. Indeed I found myself being assisted instead of escorted out. Never have I been rushed, but always helped to find my aisle and items. Everyone I encountered at my local Lowes was kind, caring and respectful. I want to single out Wesley who went the extra mile to assure I was comfortable and satisfied at checkout without concern for end of shift even though I was late. He was charming and professional and deserves a special mention. Thanks Lowes for providing a clean and happy store that is my local Lowes

Online website changed the pickup to this location. The associate called and said the item was out of stock and gave options. Called back within three hours, as I was at work. Different associate, but they told me they would transfer the order back to the store of choice as it was in stock there and call back. Didn't matter as apparently the first associate canceled my order and the second didn't say anything when they brought up the order. Found out when I checked my email. and looked at the timestamp Not impressed to say the least. Don't tend to shop this one location and don't think i will in future. (ZERO stars given)
