BEWARE: Understaffed and can't fulfill the driving portion of their course. Sure, you can take the class, but you can't get license b/c it requires 5 hours of driving training, which is impossible to schedule. From their canned email: "We've been operating with a short staff... We kindly ask you do not reach out to the office via phone, email, or in person requesting times or asking if there are more, the public times listed on the website are the only times available. If you see no times posted, that means we are full for the current posted month ". What makes it worse - you have to fulfill the driving requirement within one year of completing the course - so this is going to be wasted time and money for me.

I took knowledge test and driving test here with Collin. Passed both with my first attempts. The staffs are helpful and kind. I would recommend to people are looking for a good testing experience.
