I want to use this location to book catering for my company, but they never answer the phone when I call to place an order. I've had to contact Panda Customer Support to finalize my catering orders that are too far out to be able to be booked through their website. It would be helpful if this location could begin to answer the telephone, as that is a necessary form of communication between Panda Express and its customers.

If I could leave no stars I would. They constantly under serve, it's like it seems they serve you as if they are running out of the food in the back. Horrible service, horrible attitudes from everyone working. They are super unwelcoming and rude. this is not the first time as well, this is just the first time I decided to leave a review about it. The little short kid Celeste might be the worst one of them all. *******DO NOT GO WHEN CELESTE IS THERE******* He/She is super rude and unprofessional. Not to mention he/she has got my order wrong twice taking it down. They should have another person up front instead of him/her, him/her is not above anyone despite his/her entitled attitude. I will not be going to this location anymore, I will drive however long out of the way. This is unfortunate because I am a frequent customer and have never seen service or attitudes like that before. With that being said. PROMOTE GRYPHYN!!! He a an asset to that location. He shines. He always takes care of customers and serves standard sizes everytime!!

I'll admit, we were there between the lunch rush and rhe dinner rush "BUT".. Two of the 2 sides were over cooked, slimy, and really salty. Would not recommend the Mushroom Chicken or the Cucumber Beef between rushes. My entre was very over cooked and really dry. Fried rice shouldn't have clumps of crunchy rice chunks, it just shouldn't. On a high note, the ice was well frozen, and the Coke tasted really good {I drank a lot to help wash down the fried rice}.

The food was great and my husband and I enjoyed the meal. But I was not impressed with how the worker handled our order. We had three coupons. Two of which didn’t include making a purchase and one that did include that we make a purchase. We were following the rules of the coupons. And the worker almost wasn’t going to let use them. He went and talked to his manager, which I do appreciate him checking. But the way he acted before that, I didn’t appreciate. He seemed like he wanted to fight against me using my coupons. Turned out he just had to run them in separate transactions. After we paid and sat down we noticed that the worker didn’t give us a fortune cookie 🥠 or any napkins. There wasn’t any napkins out on the tables or by the drink machine.
