I could have never imagined a trip to the Dentist being a "Happy Experience!" What an exceptional group of pleasant, informed, sensitive, and professional Dentistry Professionals! Starting from the beginning, at the Reception Desk, with the friendly "Hanna, and Whitney" even sending convenient text appointment reminders in advance, and having my dental and insurance records onboard, handy and ready upon my arrival. Then getting top shelf service, and attention, from the personable, courteous, and simply outstanding Dental Hygienist "Julie!" Topping it all off with detailed and highly skilled work, on my damaged crown, from "Dr. Lim"! Julie and Dr. Lim were always making sure I was comfortable keeping me informed on all the steps of my procedure along the way. They made a great team working together. Also, I simply had to compliment them on their beautifully sparkling clean reception area and bathrooms! I highly recommend Sunrise Dental of Monroe Washington! I will be going there for a very long time! Thank all of you for being there for us, and all of your hard work!

The staff all the way from the Dr’s to the front office they are awesome they always remind us of our appointments. Hanna is the office manager I know her for years she is always gracious sympathetic and understanding very knowledgeable in all the she does.

My friend recommended this place when my partner needed dental examination. My partner had a good impression from friendly front desk. BUT my partner had the WORST dentist experience ever with Dr. SONG. She was indecisive while suggesting invasive procedures and looked confused all the time. Poor communication skills. Seems like the dentist my friend used to see is no longer at this clinic. Update: I have corrected the name of the doctor as shown on my partner's insurance and bill: from Dr. Soong to Dr. SONG. My partner ended up going to different clinic and saw a highly experienced dentist. He mentioned the processes Dr. Song suggested are very risky and dangerous. We are so glad my partner did not trust Dr. Song or would have gone through the awful processes just so she could make extra bucks. I suspect many 5 star reviews are fake and not genuine.

Very friendly staff and amazing hygienists/dentists! Got my fillings done by Dr. Baik and he administered anesthetics so well, I could barely feel it! I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist who’s caring, informative and talented at what they do.
