Several years ago I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. They were supposed to be delivered to the store within 7 days. They weren't ready. I called often and was told they had them; they had 1 pair and it wasn't what I ordered. It took nearly 2 months to get my glasses and I was driving onto Tacoma from Port Orchard. The first night the earpiece broke off, they were so cheaply made and one manager was rude when I went in to talk about my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I needed my glasses and I'll NEVER go back again.

Was looking forward to this place boyfriend's been going here for years never has any issues until I went. 2 weeks after eye exams we finally went to pick up our glasses, I'm trying them on so they can do adjustments to the frames and the gal helping didn't realize but she left them too long on the heat, she didn't believe me at first when I told her the lense looked cracked she said "no probably just a fingerprint " and proceeded to try and clean them. Then very casually was like "hmm they are cracked " by this time another tech had come over and explained to the tech helping us she'd left them on the heat too long and cracking was the result, neither gal seemed too sorry they both casually just stated that they would have to redo the lenses and it would take another 2 weeks. She mentioned she could try to get them expedited but probably not since that was the labs decision. They didn't offer any apologies really or compensation or anything for my trouble, almost like this was an every day occurrence "no big deal". Well it was for me I was finally going to get a new pair of glasses after 5 years, guess they thought 2 more weeks was nothing. Boyfriend and I (he's been a member there for years again btw) will be going elsewhere from now on

Ordered 2 weeks ago, my given date to receive not 1 but 2 orders of glasses. They havent Called/ Text/ Emailed at all regarding the order so i try to call, not once but 5X the phone rings, no one answers and no voicemail box of any sort to leave a message so it just hangs up on you. Over n over. But 3 weeks ago when i setup an exam a week prior to my appointment. That week was riddled with so many fill this out, fill that out, and confirmation texts and emails it bordered on harassment.. but now that i have a simple 30sec question nobody can be bothered. What a joke. Probably my last visit to these folks after i get my order in.

Went for an appointment today and it was one of the smoothest medical visits I've had. The staff was outstanding and friendly while keeping everything moving along accordingly. The selection of eyeware seemed limited but that I believe is no fault to them, more so due to trending eyeware. Even so I was able to find a couple pairs that I thought looked appropriate for the time and my face. The glasses show are the ones I chose.

Yes they do and thier staff is most friendly at the Tacoma, and the Puyallup stores. They'll answer any and all your questions that you have. If your going for the deal which is the free eye exam and two pairs of glasses, for 69.99 each then make sure that you call the store ahead and make an appointment before you go down so that your not wasting your time if they have no openings. But do go down early before your appointment for the usual temperature check, some still do it, and fill out papers and try on glasses, put ones you've tried on in little red bins on counter to be sanitized, then hopefully you'll find something you like and off you go into the great unknown, with a great smile and all the better to see with now those wonderful eyes cause you've got them upgraded! LOL Any more questions just drop a little line
You could call your dshs medical provider and ask them for a list of who all takes that type of insurance in Tacoma

I haven't been able to read the reviews but I've been going there as well as my children and fiance. We never had an issue with them and the prices for glasses are fair.
Go back with ur receipt and tell them u ordered 2 for 69 with anti glare and they charged u wrong and gave u the wrong glasses
About 7 to 14 business days. Which isn't very long at all. I've had to wait months at different places before. And it can always come early
Depends on your prescription. They may have to order it. Unless they see as a health issue that makes the Doctors feel uncomfortable giving you a lens at that time.
You need a prescription from a dr but yes they sell them

The best thing to do is stop in with the card or call your insurance for a list of providers in the area
