I find it odd that the customer service reps can't answer questions around basic service that comes with xfinity landline service. I'm fairly certain that he was also the person that my mom dealt with when she signed up. His response then, the tech will explain your full suite service.

I recently visited this store and was assisted by Todd. He was very helpful and respectful of my situation. He took time to listen and offered suggestions for my current needs. Prior to my visit to this store, I had gone to the store on Sienna drive in Upper St Clair. The service was like night and day. I highly recommend Todd and his team at the Xfinity store on Washington Pike in Bridgeville.

We signed up for our mobile services with Charlie and greg. I recommend Greg to be your phone guru. He is on point and his team will do anything and everything to help you. Greg also gave me his card and told me the door is always open for anything I need. You can tell , he loves his job. I also noticed his team looks up to him. I was super happy with my service and the customer service at the store.
